As per the Subdivision & Land Development Ordinance, Section 303:
All submissions must be received 14 days prior to the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission. A completed subdivision or land development application with original signatures and Eight (8) copies of sketch plans, plans preliminary or final, construction plans (if applicable). In addition to 8 hard copies, one electronic copy formatted as a PDF shall be required.
